I find it hilarious that any recent good review on this complex has a reply to it pegging it as management-written. Clearly at least one of them was (CampusClub123...duh), but just because someone had something good to say about their apartment doesn't mean they work for the complex management. Obviously the anonymous poster had a very bad experience here, and wants everyone to know it. No place is perfect. Yes, the parking sucks, and noise will be an issue in any apartment because, hey: it's an apartment! You are surrounded by other tenants! If you prefer apartment living, you might as well get used to it. However, the quality of these apartments is far higher than any other similar complex in the area. No high-traffic ugly carpet and there are real baseboards, not just rubber glued to the bottom of the walls. Nice furniture (including real mattresses, not plastic ones) and flat screen TVs (not the thin ones, just a flat screen instead of a curved one). And for the anonymous has-nothing-better-to-do-with-his-time poster...I do not nor have I ever worked for Campus Club, so if you still lurk on this website and reply to this post saying that I do...then you, my friend, fail at teh internets. Maybe you got bad service because you are enough of an idiot to let them give you bad service.

Hi, I am the Community Manager at Campus Club and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your post. It is not very often on "review" sites that people say positive things, and when they do, someone says we just made it up, it can obviously be discouraging. (however, if you go to other property reviews someone puts it on every properties positive reveiws) Thank you very much for being honest.
