Not so much-Campus Club has been an awful experience.
1.

Young staff-problems not handled correctly.
2.

New roommate brought in half way through the year without notifing the roommates already there.
3.

Cleaning crew came into apt., left apt.

a mess, dirty mop and the door left open and UNLOCKED!! When my daughter came home at 11:00 pm she was terrified (all roommates were home for the week end.
4.

They admitted negligence but nothing done.
5.

We will not be renewing lease

I apologize for you being so upset. As I mentioned during our phone converstation, even though there is no proof that the door was left unlocked, because you did not contact the guard on duty or anything, we still terminated the cleaners employment. In this economic climate, I think that would constitute for something being done. You made it clear that the only thing that would make you happy was free rent. Again, I understand that you are upset, I just wanted to be sure that all the facts were listed.
