I am getting ready to move out of Campus Club in August. I am moving not becauase of problems that I have had here, but because I no longer wish to live in the college setting. I can say with honesty that my stay here has been very plesant. Campus Club is very close to campus- about a 5 minute commute. It is a convenient location, also minutes away from new tampa and highway 75.

I had some great roommates- we all got a long great. We never had any issues with noise (with our neighbors or any complaints on us) Everyone that lived around me was very friendly and fun to be around. Never had major issues with the apartment. Minor wear and tear was attended to by the staff. Our AC went out once, but was fixed within a few hours of alerting the office.

Visitor parking is limited- gates break often. These things never affected my stay here in a negative way.

Most recent cleaning service is very nice.. they always make conversation with me and my roommates when we are home. I have never had any issues with them.

I also enjoyed the events that were held here at the complex. One of my neighbors hosts a pilates class by the pool and she is awesome. I recently attended a pool party with mtv real world key west paula, which was a lot of fun. I usually attend all of the pool parties and I have gone down to the office randomly a few times and there has been free food there. They came to our door on halloween and valentines day with candy.

Overall, I would reccomend Campus Club to any undergrad USF student who desires a college living environment. I have made many good friends at Campus Club and I'm sure you will too.
