We lived here from 01-02 and we wanted to break the lease the same month. When we first moved in the alarm for the carwash next to the complex would not stop going off. We had the call the cops 4 times for it to finally get fixed. They say its gated WHAT A JOKE!!!! The gates are either always open or smashed in on one side or the other. The pools are disgusting, the fitness center always has kids in it messing around and spilling stuff all over. Ok then there is the apartment. On one side was a guy playing a guitar who would never stop, below us was a guy who always had about 10 women over and all you could hear was them having really loud sex all the time. if someone sneezed you could hear it. When we moved it I don?t think the place was cleaned or painted or anything because I had to do that all myself. The mailboxes are a joke, i always had someone stealing my mail cuz the same key fits in all the boxes. Always had a problem with the plumbing. And everyone would park on the lawn next to our apartment. Then they would sit out there and make tons of noise. And when we called the apartment manager they would say "oh well call the cops" , but when we would the cops wouldn't come out because they had so many reports for that complex. Don?t move here if you are looking for a good apartment. Its not worth the frustration.
