I lived here for over four years. They will keep EVERY DIME of your deposit. They will FIND reasons to do so, and even tack on ridiculous charges. HUGE ROACH problems, mold problems, rotting wood, and they never fix anything (or when they do, it is never done right). The turnover in office staff/management is frequent. They kept promising to fix the "security" gates, but never did.

Known for MANY violent break-ins (mostly during daylight hours). My car was vandalized three times.

Nobody in the office gives a crap that there are dozens of homeless cats breeding in the dumpster and getting crushed by it as well - it is very sad.

This place sucks!!!! I am so happy to be out of there.
