I moved into Captiva about 4 months ago. When I first came here everything looked so nice and quiet but It's been hell with noisey neighbors who like to blast their music all the time. I guess that's normal for apartments though. There is also a roach problem they painted over stains in the bathroom which are now coming out and I will probly get blamed for them.

I live in one bedroom and it sucks because there is NO counter space/microwave/dishwasher. The office staff is usually ok but they hassle you when you go pick up a package. I am glad my lease is only for a year because I am not looking foward to living here much longer. I would only recommend Captiva if you're staying for a year or so. This isn't a place you'd want to spend a few years at. It's pretty reasonably priced but they do jack up your water bill noise is an issue. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
