My boyfriend and I lived here for about 7 months - and it was 7 months too long. We had too many problems with our apartment that were never fixed - even after they came out more than 3 times. The entire complex is really trashy. The people in the office aren't that helpful (except for David - he's awesome!), the size and layouts of the 1 bedroom apartments are horrible (there's no counter space in the kitchen, the dining room is way too small for a table and the laundry area is a joke). They also charge WAY too much to use the laundry facilities ($1.30 to wash and $1.30 to dry for 60 minutes) and that's if they're even working. Plan on hating your neighbors because they're all rude and don't care about anyone but themselves or anyone else's property.
