i dont even know where to begin....we have lived here for about 4 months now, and we have been completely unhappy with the apartment. we moved from va and searched for apartments online...the photos are very deceving....the place is a mess! when we got here, i just wanted to cry...the grass was brown, the was dog poop all over the the courtyard...so my 18 month has no place to go outside and play, our apartment smelled like someone had been smoking in it, the carpets look as though they havent been cleaned...the kitchen window and blinds were covered in grease, the other windows were dirty...IT WAS HORRIBLE. you arent supposed to move into an apartment and have to clean up something that was supposed to be clean for you.
and then there is the good ole office staff...please, these girls are a bunch of morons. one month i went to the leasing office and physically put our rent check into a girls hand, two days later, there was a note on our door saying that they never recieved the rent...so i went into the office and was furious! come to find out, they paid my neighbors rent with my check!
and then there is the maintence, i asked for a few things to be fixed after we moved in, that was in december it is now march and no one has come to fix anything. the doors are falling off the hinges, the screen door has fallen off the patio, all the faucets constintly drip after you shower, and the pipes under our sink in the kitchen leak...
please dont leave here! for the price we pay we should have no problems what so ever! but it seems that the apartment community isnt to interested in making sure their tenants are happy, they just want your money.
