There's a high turnover of admin staff, each more incompetent and clueless than the next.
They don't manage problems like:

People allow their dogs to relieve themselves all over the grounds, so be careful taking a walk, playing ball with the kids, taking a shortcut to get the mail.

Someone is dumping used cat litter on the sidewalks. The dumper is AT Large!

Residents drive in and out with very loud music, so don't go to sleep early..

The playground is broken and gives splinters so don't let children near it.

The walls are very thin and you can hear all your immediate neighbors, even when they go up and down the stairs. This is really annoying.

Lately new residents coming in are of a different breed of those who used to live here...More and more you'll see kids without parents running around, teens with nothing to do, and sometimes even domestic disputes are taken to the sidewalk.

oh yeah, and the gates don't work. They never will either. apparently they break down so much they've just decided not to fix them anymore.

The "gym" is a joke. There's a step machine and a treadmill that don't work, a multipurpose contraption that is so run down it could be used for torture.

Think twice before moving here with a family that likes tranquility and peace. If you're young and moving in with roommates, then you'll like it just fine.

a security officer has been hired to patrol the complex, but this officer also patrols other complexes, so he just drives in every 4 hours. You'll never see him when you need him.

Otherwise,
Parking is plenty. Maintenance staff is quick and friendly. Pools are well kept. Apartments are spacious.
