The Captiva club is a horrible place to live. The maintaince dept is a joke. Do they even have a maintaince dept' Who knows I never saw them and they never completed anything they started. The management staff is another the biggest joke of all. Our upstairs neighbors left their barking dogs for a weekend on the patio and peed and pooped all over and it spilled over to our downstair patio. We could not even go out on it. We were told they would pressure wash it. When we moved in mid Sept it still had not been cleaned that was 4 months later. The dogs barked all night. they sent neighbors a letter. Told us the dogs should not have been there because they did not pay pet deposit. But not to worry they got a dep for each dog so everything should be alright. What'''' I didn't care about a pet dep. I called Aimco about a water bill dispute. I moved out mid month so I thought I was through with these people. (i paid rent for the entire month) I rev'd another water bill and was told that it didn't matter that I moved out mid month and requested the water be taken out of our name, I was still responsible for the water bill for the entire month. What a bunch of mess this is. So people PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR ANY OTHER APARTMENTS THAT ARE CONNECTED TO AIMCO. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!
