When we moved here in June 2006 we were told that the gate was only going to out of commission for a few more weeks and had just been damaged reciently, turns out they never worked berfore and still don't work now. Since then both of our cars were broken into (the thief was so comfortable doing it that he sat and smoked in my car)My Sisiter in law was harrased by another resident when she was watching my son at the pool (she is 15 and he was clearly an adult older than myself)young girls cannot go to the pool without weird guys sitting around harrassing and watching them (there is a group of about 5 and none of them swim)
landscaping sucks, the apartmants are falling apart and more reciently when they were painting the apartmant down stares the thinner fumes filled my apartment and almost put me in the hospital, (management told me to open a window) there is a duct cover that is broken between the 2 apartments so when ever my neighbor cooks, smokes or paints the fumes, smoke and smells come into my apartment and I was told nothing could be done about it. i had to warn my new neighbor not to use any roach bombs cause management wouldn't. No one around here uses a leash to walk their dogs so walking my mastiff with my small son is a challange and the swimming pool always has broken glass and beer cans after the weekend. Do not rent here, we won't be as soon as our lease is up!
