Unfortunate I live here until my lease expires, then I'm out of HELL (here!)..my mother and dauhgter and niece also lived here. when thye lvied here they had termites eating away on their windows panels, funitures, and clothing...nothing was done, and yet when they left the manager said they will fix it and they never did. But they moved in innocent people into the same apt. (what do the new.they don't know anymore then the next dummy they suck in)and the mangaers lies to them all. the maintanece is bad,real bad. They never do their job right. and let me say they dont' even know what they need to do when a real emergency happens. The managers they have had come and goes and the ones that stay's, are just a bunch of..
"I dont' know what the hell I'm doing" people.
They charge You for everything and Nothing gets fixed or done (garbge disposle,the garbage area is dirty no filty all the times, and the laundry room never has machine that are functionable or the so call "GYM" is always broken into and never has what you need. Unless you call the coporation office and complain, or you call TV reporters, and maybe just maybe something will be done...the crime is "TERRIABLE", car theft all day long and all night, and on top of it all they rent to are just anyone they can get into the place (that is why they have all these specials all the times)
drug dealers, young kids that all they do is sleep all DAY long and party AL night and deal drugs and beat on woman right under your window (apt). I have been here to long, and it gets worse and worse, and as you all can see the rating is really low, so PLEASE, please dont' refer anyone and dont'attempts to try to make it here, it will only break your pocket and get your blod pressure up!! and they will be sitting there looking like it is a glorious place to live at.
