I began my lease 8/06. I began getting really high water bills,($80 ) for a 1 bdrm. I called the office, had all kinds of people come out for nothing. The water company told me I shouldnt be paying more than $20 a month. Supposed to of rerate my water bills''' RIGHT!!! Mangement puts a smile and tells you the same bull every month...it will get corrected..you will get credited..blah blah blah! Here it is end of my lease, still no credits applied, same water bills coming and not to mention, I have had termites swarming in my apartment multiple times. They send out the exterminator who tells me the whole complex is infested and management wont tent the place. So they make them put quick fixes to shut the renters up! Lets not even talk about the whole gates are supposed to be fixed in the next 2 weeks issue. I was told that on move in....still not working. Lets also mention if you dont pay rent on the 1st, there is an eviction notice on the 2nd. Quick to collect, slow to fix! I am so ready to get out of this hell hole infested nightmare of an apt!!!!! (and to think they increased rent by $75 per month...LMAO!!!!)

omg!!! i moved because of the high water bills...i figured if my water bills were that high...the highest i have ever seen and i was also in a 1b 1b and decided to move to a nicer place for the same money... i use the same amount of water as i did there at the new place and instead of 80.00 a month water bill its more like 25-30!!!!! something was up there.. i reported after i got a 2nd water bill of almost 80. i thought i had a leak but they said their was none. i only ran the dishwasher maybe 1 time a week and only did 2 loads of laundry a week. i never had bug problems thank god! i agree with you about the gates though as they say its gated and its not really secure. plus all the dog crap everywhere!!!! it looks great from memorial hwy but when you get in there it really needs an overhaul. i luckily had great quiet neighbors but always saw people letting their dogs crap everywhere. my car was hit in the parking lot and i know after i moved someone slashed a bunch of peoples tires!!! some security.
