After 3 months of residing in a downstairs, 2 bedroom apartment, I came home from work to slushy carpet. There was a leak at the main water valve in my apartment. Maintenance came out to "clean-up", but simply vaccumed and left a noisy fan on to "dry" the rest. After leaving a work order that stated the leak was "fixed", I discovered that they simply turned off the water. Once I turned it back on, it flooded again. The same "clean-up" procedure followed again. Not even 1 month later, another flood occurred around the kitchen/dining area. This was just the beginning. Not only did we have people "cutting through" the complex to get back and forth to the BP station, etc., but they were rude enough to be loud and foul mouthed at all hours of the night. The "back-yard" area of my apartment was completely dark, and I even caught some guy looking into neighbors' windows. If you don't like peace & quiet or a safe place to raise your children, then this is the place for you. All of the paint and landscaping is just a bandaid for apartments that should have been condemned a very long time ago. Thank you Lord for getting me through a year of hell. By the way........clean the germ infested pools that people like to use even though they just walked off the street & don't reside there.

This review is rediculous. First off, Ghetto living?? I can show you some real ghetto living if you want. This place is FAR from ghetto living. Also "The apartment maintanance left a loud fan on all day". How else would they dry the damn carpet? That goes to show that this gibrone will just complain about anything. "Some guy looking into your neighbors window"? Yea that was me because there is tons of hot girls who live here. LEARN HOW TO WORK KID!

I think this review is very accurate. The person before even further proves why it is a ghetto living because you have people like that that are stupid and childish and think some where in this universe that it is cool to be that dumb while all along thinking that they are funny in the process. Yea you are going to get really far in life. This is a review board not myspace.
