I moved in here awhile back and have only had a few minor issues. Nothing I havent experianced at other apartments I lived in. The area is decent. The security is TOP notch. I dropped my cellphone once in the parking lot and the security had it back in my hands within a half hour. Dealing with a corporate owned apartment staff can be a small inconveniance but its still worth it. The gate doesnt work here and probably never will but gates are pointless anyways and completely uneccesary. No bug problems at all and I live like a dirty bachelor. The neighbors dont make any noise and the property is kept clean.
