This is by far the worse place I have ever lived in. The management was horrible at first and I swear that big sign in the front saying under new management is a hinderance rather than an enticement. I only stayed there 6 months and have a list of issues that occurred in just that short time period. Javier is an ass hole! They are liars and are simply out to get your money especially when you are a good tenant that pays on time. Stay away! It's not worth it.

The new owners Laurice and Sam Hachem are liars. Don't think they are not after your money. It's obvious they don't care about surrounding themselves with professional employees they only want puppets. They are constanly hiring and firing people and breaking fair housing laws and discriminating. They are nothing but a bunch of foreigners living in our country trashing it up. It's only a matter of time before the government realizes what their up to and their end is near. Ha!

i have to agree they are liars. they will tell you one thing and then go and do another. they own several other places too and i have been looking into them and they are disorganized too
