When the new owners took over things immediately started to get much better than from the previous owners. I think these new owners are much more in touch with the people who reside here, however, I can't say the same for the office staff. I read a review stating that there was one person(Chris)in the office that seems to really care about the residents and I have to agree with that. Maria can be EXTREMELY rude, nasty and condescending. Maybe the other office staff are so new they haven't mastered follow through, but the work orders do seem to never make it into the possession of the maintenance staff and another request must be made. Maintenance staff are very pleasant, personable and professional although it is difficult at times to understand what they are saying because some do not speak fluent or very limited English or have such a heavy accent that makes it difficult. I also agree with the statements published here regarding non-compliance with the pet rules regarding picking up the feces. Some people obey the rules and some just totally refuse, which makes it unpleasant at times for walking, sitting on your patio, or being uncertain what animals not on a leash will do. I personally do not have a dog that I walk, but if I did, I would most assuredly abide by the guidelines. The exterior of the apartments is very pleasant now to view and there are improvements taking place on the grounds, however, it is exceptionally slow. The interior of MY apartment does need work to be worth what I am paying each month for rent. Some problems, even though reported, are addressed but never followed through to being solved. The location is convenient. The clubhouse is decent. The pools are good and maintained well. The weather has caused the grounds to be brown instead of green and there is a lot of dust due to the work which has been done. That work at the moment seems to be at a stand-still however. The inside of the apartment (which is where I truly LIVE) is not up to par and I have been told something would be done to never have it come to pass with excuses being offered as to why or a change in how the owners/staff view the issue resulting in what I was told being untrue. I do feel that there will be people moving because of the issues with lack of follow through and the rudeness and nastiness of Maria. Even when you try to be nice, she can be 'nicely rude'!! Maybe if all the residents refuse to speak with her and request to speak with the OWNERS, they will understand that she is not an asset to them.

everyone is moving out of my building, I think there are only 2-3 people renting in it. the parking lot gets more and more vacant each week. So I'd agree that people are moving out.
