DO NOT LIVE HERE! this place is a dump! do not move here! utilities are always turned off with no notice, appliances are constantly being replaced, and the staff is RUDE! the best part is that they want to raise the rent! for what' cause they painted the walls outside to make it pretty' im also still waiting on my screened in patio to be replaced after their staff ripped it out to paint the patio, which was done with no notice. try having a painter standing on your second floor patio tapping on your window at 9 am to remove your furniture so he can paint. no notice. scary!! and management blammed the paint crew for not notifying the us! not their responsibilty! its yours! ugh. don't live here.
