I LIVED IN THIS APARTMENTS FOR TWO YEARS. IT WAS QUIET AND VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE AT BUT THE MANAGER OMG SHE SUCKS AND I HATE HER . THE GAURD ARE NICE BUT NASTY TO PEOPLE WHO VISIT . I HAD ALOT OF STUFF GO WRONG... TO MUCH ROCHES! THE FIRST DAY I MOVED IN I SEEN 7 AND MORE AND MORE CAME. ALLIGATORS TO MUCH BAD FOR KIDS. A KID GOT KILLED THERE ALLIGATOR BET HIM ON HIS LEG NOW HE IS DEAD. VERY BIG BUT NOT GOOD FOR YOUNG KIDS AND OLDER PEOPLE.

This rating is NOT true. There has NEVER been anyone involved in an incident with an alligator. I have been the Manager since 1998 and I'm a Male. Our Maintenance Staff takes care of work orders the same day or by the next. If this person had such a horrible experience with us, I'm sorry he never spoke to me. I certainly would have made their living experience much better.

That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard! I have lived in this apartment complex for five years and it is quite lovely! First of all, you would think bugs would be everywhere because of all the beautiful, scenic trees. However, pest control is consistent and good. I never see roaches! The alligators are as peaceful as the people. The maintenence is great. I recently had an audit from Tampa Electric Company because my electric bill was extremely high. It turns out that TECO made the mistake, but during the audit I was told that maintenence here is unusual because they keep things way above par and respond so quickly and efficiently. The manager (and he is a man, and quite good at his job) and the staff are excellent. Recently, there has been a change in staff, but the newbies have great training and are wonderful to work with. Take what the complainer said and apply the opposite.That's Carlton Arms North.

Carlton Arms North is a beautiful place to live. Security is effective and the people and management are very freindly and will help you in any way they can.

carlton arms north is the best place to live in the neighborhood.am living here from 4 yrs and am very sad to leave as we r leaving tampa. am so much worried that i maynot find a place like this where u can have a peace of mind with roaming security guard 24/7,efficient maintenance people who will respond the same day,scenic views,fair price,friendly staff(eventhough the rules r rules no exceptions).on the whole this is a great place to live.

First of all, the apartment complex is very nice, it is true that there are beautiful views, and the lansdcaping is nice. However, none of this is worth the horrible experience of living in that place. The manager is barely there, and to be honest he is just a mere puppet to several of the 50 something yo single females, who evidently have nothing better to do, but be involved in their resident's personal life, rather than doing their job. The maintenance staff is very fiendly and even if you asked them they will tell you about the leasing staff. Living in that place, is living monitored 24/7. The response in doing workorders is not the greatest. You will always see new faces at the gate; they are always hiring for this position because the turnover rate is so high. The guards are rude to your visitors, just switch cars one day and you'll see. Ofcourse the staff is going to come here and defend, and deny what is being said. I would probably do the same. In summary, I would NOT move back to this place. It is a pitty because the apartments are nice. But the staff is horrible.
