Good and Bad

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
(The Good)Quiet community, the maintanence was pretty good, pretty safe and you can BBQ in your padio.

(The Bad)The staff can be very rude, no washer and dryer hook-up, no assinged parking (people are always parked in the spot right in front of my apartment), THE RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR (average of $20.00 a year)
