I've never had anyone on the office be rude to me. I've gone there once or twice a month to pay rent, pick up packages, request maintenance, etc.

I love the lakes (even if elsewhere they would be called ponds) and walking along the Hillsborough river. It's an older property but is is well kept.

One time I had an ongoing maintenance issue but I put my concerns in writing and the problem was taken care of that day.

I would recommend it to anyone.
