I've been a resident for more than 5 years. The property is kept up outside, but the interiors and appliances are antiquated, yet the management thinks large rent increases are justified, and there is no grandfathering for long term residents, who do not cost the property the money regular move ins and outs cost the property annually. With old carpeting, appliances, no dishwasher or washer/dryer, poor interior paint, way too much interior dust, bathrooms which need to be completely renovated, in order to have have guests over, low square footage, the value is simply not there for the rent increases proposed.

I dislike moving more than anyone else and wish there were another option, but can no longer pay these rents for such an old community.
