This was not posted as racist it was posted as just a fact but since you went there, All the migrants that came here worked under direction of whites if the people in other countries are so smart why are there countries so poor and or over run with disease? Also im no coward my job keeps me from posting my name.

If your comment wasn't RACIST, why did you mention three classes of minorities at all? It still blocks out the first class you mentioned which is the color opposite "white" - which Apartment Ratings automatically blocks. But most BIGOTS don't admit to IT, they think they are superior to everyone else. But you're showing your ignorance in your statement about other countries being so poor and overrun with disease. Our Country was established first by Europeans, the two countries my ancestors came from (Britain & Germany) are not poor or overrun with disease. You are a prime example of a Racist and you're showing your ignorance. This would be a good time for you to recall an old saying that Mother's usually teach their children, "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all." This will keep you out of trouble. One other thing I just noticed - you added "Lakeland" at the end of Carlton Arms North. The Carlton Arms I live at is in TAMPA, not Lakeland.

I am in agreement with this response. I live here too and it is far from being a bad place to live. The staff is very professional and the property is very clean. My experience with Maintenance has been very responsive. We do have a mixture of all races here, which makes a great blend of residents. Everyone is treated equally and we all get along well together. I feel sorry for the person that wrote such a negative response. He must have a very negative and narrow mind. I have lived at Carlton Arms North for 5 years and will continue to live here in the future years. A GREAT COMMUNITY AND COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO CALL HOME!
