Not Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived here for almost 2 Years and I have never had any problems like I have seen other people list. The only time I ever hear any of my neighbors is if they are in the hallways or out front and I have my sliding glass door open. I have not ever seen a flea, roach or any mold in my apartment. The office staff is a little hard to get in touch with and the hours are not very convenient but they have never been anything but nice. The residents are all very friendly. I know my building has a poker night every Friday and we all grill together several times a week. The only complaints I have are with the closets and washers. The closets are walk-ins but once you hang clothes up on both sides it becomes a very tight space. The washer and dryer are stacked on top of each other and I have to basically climb in to get all of my clothes out. The pool is a little small for my taste and is usually crowded. They have a nice little lake that a lot of people like to fish in that has a very nice walkway all the way around. My favorite thing that they do every once in a while is hand out Krispy Kreme doughnuts and coffee in the morning as people leave for work.
