I am tenant, been with cedar forest for 2 and a half years now and never had a problem. There is a huge turn over of the leasing officers, so every time you walk in there s new staff... never the same people, there s a major problem with the lost of checks and money orders for rent, false notices or eviction notice that are taped to doors, and the leasing staff is not all that helpful unless its in their favor. Maintenance its good they fix it and get the job done by any mean. I have not been the only one with issues here but many other of my neighbors are having similar issues and are going to court for them. if I where you I would think twice before giving first months rent to cedar forest apartments in Tampa, fl.
