I used to live there for a while and I could not tell you anyones name from the office, every month when I would go pay my rent there was a new person. The kids with the civics use the back parking lot as 1/4 mile to race, regardless if there are kids outside playing or not. There are drug dealers and none of the people in the office seem to care. There is also marijuana smoking and the office does not care. The only thing that they would say is that when it is time for the marijuana smokers to renew their lease the office would then not allow them too, but I figured if I signed my in ex. July 2007, and the marijuana resigned theirs in Dec. of 2007, and were in the middle of May 2008, I have a better chance of moving out because the marijuana smokers have another 7 months to go before the office takes action, thats why I moved out. If your someone who enjoys roaches, drugs, drag race, and ghetto people then maybe this is the place for you. But if you are a parent and want the best for your family then pay a little more else where, trust me it will be worth it.
