New Management: Standards Drop in 2003

This complex is under new ownership/management (2003). In the transistions this year there are many issues:
Parking - double parking out of control
Gate Access/Exit - see below
Maintenance - slow
Currently 08/2003 side street access gates are locked into late morning hours requiring tenants (vehicles and pedestrian) to exit the main gate on Temple Terrace Hwy. Prior mgmt schedule; the side access gates were opened 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Parents with young children catching buses on the residential street have no access/exit (causing children to squeeze through the fence or climbing the gates that will lead to causing possible injuries.
