This place is horrible!!! Maintenance never gets done....multiple calls are required and that does not even mean they will get the job done within the first 5 tries. And then they change crew every other week...because they get them from work release on Orient. {Yes maintenance man had 10 prior arrests...half were grand thefts...and they let him have free access to peoples' apts'''''} Tenants do not care about others property or even their own. They have code violations galore. Proprty is only taken care off right outside the doors of the office....drive/walk the whole complex....you will see how run down it really is. This place is a joke. Do not rent here!!!!
