Definetly not a place to call home

I have been here for 3 years and NEVER have I been to a place worse than this. The only positive thing I can see here is there are no roaches (at least in my apartment). Why stay' I have a disabled aunt who has income restrictions making it difficult to find her dog and her a suitable place at an affordable price. Constantly police in the area arresting one of the tenants, the staff is very unfriendly (unless they are trying to lure people into moving here) and make empty promises. We were promised a ceiling fan for the last 9 months and was told it was a simple procedure. Nothing yet has been done. Our refrigerator has been leaking for the last 3 months STILL with no fix or even a look from the staff with CONTINUOS calls!! I had a vehicle which the car stereo was stolen BY the security and then stolen 5 1/2 months later. There is not place for a pet walk and no bags provided for clean up. The staff is constantly changing and it still does not help. The water bill (which is billed by a 3rd party company on behalf of the apartment complex) is ridiculously high on a monthly basis (anywhere from $70-$180) for TWO occupants. This is definitely a place to call home for ANYONE!
