When I first moved in my only complaint was that the apartment wasn't that clean. It wasn't that bad of a place which is why I renewed my lease. But then new management took over and it went down hill, fast. The letters that the management sent out was ridiculously rude and undeserving, especially to good tenants. After moving out, the apartment was cleaner then when I moved in and they still charged me 100.00 for cleaning. The water bill was outrageous, my final water bill was 65.00 for two weeks. I didn't even do my dishes and laundry until I got to the new apartment and that water bill was only 35.00. If you move in here, don't expect to get a deposit back and expect to have a bill when you leave. This place is a major rip off while under this management staff and owner. Oh yeah, and when they were fixing the roads, they didn't even knock on my door or give a note with an accurate date to have my car move. THEY TOWED AND MOVED MY CAR!!!! HOW RUDE!!!!
