I moved here in '05 and the place was pretty good. A lot of long time residents who liked living here.
Then the new owners took over and the place fell apart. We have had about 10 different apartment managers in 2 years. The mantenance crew can not fix anything correctly, maybe if they understood basic english you could explain to them what needed to be done. But, my main problem is with the management, or lack there of.
Raise rent every year, untimely or lost repair orders, lack of security (we have had numerous breakins and they don't care), and they just violated our leases by charging more for water and trash in the middle of a lease.
The place is not worth the amount charged for the anger that i have toward the new ownership of what i once considered my home.
