So I just moved in here in November. The reviews I've read in this place kind of scared the crap out of me. But I came over, had a tour of one of the apartments and stopped a random person that was checking there mail and asked how they like it. So far I have had no issues. There's always parking available, and as far as the maintenance people here, yes...they are not-so-fluent --------- but they get the job done. I put in a work order and three hours later they were at my door. The manager is very honest and upfront about everything which is good. But she is still very nice. The apartment complex is not large which makes for a quieter community. Though I will admit, the equipment in the gym is much to be desired for, but the inside sidewalk is nice for a good run. I haven't had any noise issues what so ever. It's honestly extremely quiet. I personally like it, but don't just take my word or anybody elses word. Because everybody is different and wants different things out of an apartment. It's not a resort, but it'snice and i like it.
