This place is full of little jits running around everywhere making noises and if you ask them to be quiet they will just yell at you back and get there mama and she will come yell at you talking about they can do what they want.If you like to sleep this is not a place for you.The people that they have come mow the grass are out here at 8:30 in the morning every week even sometimes on weekends on your days off and they stay all day till the evening then the jits come out with their noises.The maitence men are shoveling dirt off the sidewalks early in the morning and hammering tryng to fix the porches that are falling apart.These apartment are so old you here everything.the cops are here 24/7 they got people being arrested for killing babies.You come home from a long day at work ready to get in the shower and your water is off due to an emergency shut down even sometimes at 9:00 at night.There is nothing good that I can say about this hell hole.Please if you dont believe me drive through in here and ask a few people what they think. The rent is to high for this place and the water is a ripp off.Oh yeah also the kids hang out in the hallways yelling and fighting running up and down the stairs and you cant do ---- about it.My car got broken into the first month that I was here. They dont have anyone working the front entrance I guess its just for show to make people believe we have security in here.The back gates are always open.People please dont waist your time this is not a home.

Well,sorry that you had that experience there.I lived there for 2 years and just recently moved to another county.I will agree that the rent is way too high,but I've never really had any bad experience with other residents in the complex since my upstairs neighbor moved.In the last few months there were kids hanging out on other people's stairways talking loud and playing around.But other than that it wasn't bad at all. I have a feeling that it really is going to get ghetto because they are lowering the rent and letting everybody and their mama move in. Good Luck
