i'm new to the complex but so far everything is great and i have no complaints at all. the office staff is excellent. best i've seen yet, especially crystal. everything about the apartment is up to par inside out. the grounds are beautifull. yes, there sometimes is a weird smell outside but you have to take into consideration that there is a dump 2-4 miles from the apt complex. if the winds pick up i've noticed a smell from it. the fields and woods surrounding the apartments are great. apartments are set way off the road so you hear no traffic or anything like that. there is an indoor basketball court which is great and the gym here is by far the best one i've seen in any apartment complex. i hope to stay here for a long time
