ok, first, if you notice, the comments go from great (early last year)gradually to worse! Hello! Clue! Because our awesome management changed to this crappy management! And you know what, yes, it is a common thing--apartments are notorious for poor management.

I actually thought I had found a great deal with Deb, Crystal and the rest of the crew.

Now, it sucks.

The smell issue--whoever said it was "waste management".

Ok, the smell from that IS 3 miles away, so how is it going to travel that far' And yes, it is a cow pasture, if you live facing the east, you can see the farm!! This place is overpriced with snobby management AND maintenance!!! Also, I heard of a lady getting charged $60 for a carpet stain!!! Anyone who moves in here better take pictures before you move out because they are sure to charge you for things that were not broken/messed up.

and if it was, you'd better be sure they will OVERcharge you! They want their every last penny--stuck up bia---es!!! Yeah, this place is awesome from an eyesight view, but the smell and service, no thank you---would NOT reccommend!
