As with the rest of the reviews of this apartment complex, I too will agree that they are beautiful apartments. High kitchens, plenty of space (none of it closet space though)tile floors, high ceilings and modern appliances. We looked and looked for apartments and fell in love when we saw this one. Signed the lease the same day, they look that good. Crystal is amazing in the office (and she isnt even the property manager). Always knows all of the residents, and lets you know that if you need anything that she will take care of it. She is probably the best thing about these apartments, and the only thing I will miss about them.

Now that we see how pretty they are...lets see what is wrong with them. The smell is overwhelming of cow maneur. You cant enjoy a night on the patio visiting with friends most of the time. And it is embarrassing....what IS that smell'''' The apartments themselves were built poorly. You would think for over $1000 a month your toliet would not be crooked, nails would not come from under the paint and pop out of the walls & carpet, or that your bath tub would squeak, that your water would smell like a swimming pool, that the molding around the doors would be uneven, that your lanai would be slanted with stress cracks, that parking would be such a pain, that countless cars would be broken into with nothing done by management, the numerous managers we have seen come and go in a year, and finally...the selling of the complex. Normally I dont guess that would be so horrible, but we have had tons of inspections, people doing surveys, strangers coming into your apartment....it gets old really quick. And what do they do after all of this' Fire the staff that the residence have come to love. This complex has so much potential....I love all of my neighbors, I loved dealing with Crystal (the rest of the staff was no good in my opinion and on my rating I give her 5 stars and the rest of the staff 1 star)....I loved the size and look of my apartment......and sadly, now I dont even recommend this place to anyone else.
