To the person who wrote the review previous to this one - who seems so sure of themselves in defending Gables down to their new maintenence crew and who boasts SO MUCH knowledge about the property:

Try to get your facts straight please.

The emaill is NOT coming from any waste management or dump facility - it is coming from the FARM right behind the property.

Everyone knows this.

Management admitted to it and sent around a notice as such.

If you look behind the back gate you can see the farm and the animals.

That smell is not garbage it is COW AND HORSE CRAP.

Plain and simple.

Its awful.

And embarassing.

Is the crime rate appearing to have been lowered? Yes.

But the noisy, inconsiderate, and noisy neighbor rate is definitely on the rise.

Oh and the new maintenence people that you're praising - all I ever see is them sitting on their asses in the back by the garbage, they're a bunch of lazies - the old crew was much much better.
