For the record, moron....letters HAVE been written.
Residents HAVE complained.
THE OFFICE DID NOT REACT.
When it gets to the point of residents holding weekly meetings....at the POOL........to complain and see what we need to do as resident to get problems fixed............that is pretty bad.
So don't act like it is worth the $1000 to live here.
IT ISN'T.
What is the point of a gate if it is left open at night'
Why do residents park illegally next to curbs all day and you people do nothing about it'
How many apartment complexes do YOU know of that have very expensive cars parked in front of the leasing office with signs in the windshield warning people how horrid it is to live here'
Do you live on the property....if so, how much do you love that evening time air freshener' And where do YOU park...since parking is such a pain in the ---.
Although, lately parking hasn't been that bad.....maybe it is because everybody is moving out.
I understand that it is your job, to get people to move in here.....guess you all work on commission...........but don't lie to people and get them to sign leases under false pretenses when you are suckering them into something.
As RESIDENTS........we have the RIGHT to let others know of our experiences.
Don't question our complaints now.....when you didn't heed to them before.
