We have been at Citrus Falls for almost 10 months now, and we have experienced both management staff's, and there is definatly a difference in their "vibes". This does not mean that the current group is bad at their job. I believe people are dog-piling here unnecessarily because they are uncomfortable with change. Every time I ran into the staff, they were responsive and friendly.

If you want to live here stay on the south end of the complex to stay away from the smell of the farm on the north end.

As with all apartment living, the top apartments receive the least amount of noise from neighbors above. We are on the 3rd floor and would strongly recommend taking a couple extra flights of stairs to live in a quiet space. It's definately peaceful at the top.

The gym, pool, basketball court, and laundry facility are more than adequate and available whenever I needed them.
We have been happy with the 3 br. unit and would definately recommend it
