As a former resident, there were a few things that were intolerable, i.e. the smell, the birds, parking, and noisy neighbors. However, these are all issues that any apt dweller will have to deal with, no matter where they live. The staff was always courteous to me and did whatever they could to rectify problems, but I would suggest more scrutiny in screening applicants and keeping the gate maintained if they claim to be a secure property. The only manitenance problem that was not rectified was the leaky AC unit. I got tired of calling it out and simply put a bucket under the drip, as I was moving to a house soon anyway. I would think twice about signing an extended lease here, as the smell can be overwhelming at times. It's okay during the winter, but the summer is pretty bad with the smell hitting you when you first walk out the door. Overall with present conditions, I'd only recommend short-term leases for this property. MAybe things will improve with time.
