Just moved in about three weeks ago and here's the good with the bad. First off, the staff and maintenance are all exceptional and friendly; very open and upbeat. My one-bedroom apartment was in excellent shape and near new condition. The complex and amenities are all very nice and well kept-up. The culture and feel of the neighborhood is prety hip and trendy; average age of residents is 20-30 and there's alot of students on property. Great location and access to all the shops and businesses. The only negatives are the walls are paper thin; I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking consistently and the noise insulation is not state of the art. Additionally, the smell from nearby pastures is rancid and overpowering. Finally, the lighting and night and parking spots are marginal. Overall, alot more to like than dislike but a great place to stay.
