Since moving here in September, I have loved every moment of calling Citrus Falls home.
We have great neighbors, the staff is wonderful and the location is perfect! I can walk to the mall, have a drink with friends at Mellow Mushroom and tote home an ice cream from Carvel!!! The grounds are gorgeous and the pool area and fitness center is like being on a resort! They even have a guest suite to rent out for my out-of-town family and friends! I am so pleased with everything, I will definitely be a tenant for a good long while!***UPDATE**** I just signed another 12 month renewal lease here and for all the reasons I listed above.
It may be our last year here, as we eventually want to buy/rent a townhouse and add to our family, but I will definitely enjoy it.
