I have been reading the reviews for Citrus Falls, let me tell you. First, no I do not work for Citrus Falls or Equity Apartments. I work for AT&T Communications, I have lived in this complex for the last year and a half, I just renew my contract for another year and I am contemplating to transfer to a bigger unit inside of the complex, I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews, yes there is a farm behind the complex, but it is not something that you wont be able to live with, most of the time you don't even notice it. The parking situation is a little difficult but again there is always parking if you are willing to walk 20 yards!!! and the staff, fro Christ Sake, there hasn't been one time that I have called this people that I don't have resolution at the moment, there are always courteous and willing to help, they even leave you notes of what they repaired inside your apartment. now if you are a filthy low life that does not pay rent on time is nasty an leave the trash in the middle of the hall for people to pick it up, plus you do not work and just sleep all day, yes I can see how it creates discomfort to you while other wake up early, go to work and people clean the common areas of the complex.
overall, I moved from Rochester NY, down here and I could not ask for more from this people, they have been awesome.. Plus now Verizon FIOS is Available.. YEAH!!!!!

Speaking as one IT professional to another, not ALL professionals have the luxury to sleep at NIGHT. Some of us work at night at a 24 hour facility to helpdesk worldwide companies and clients and NEED to sleep during the day. THAT does NOT constitute a LOW LIFE!
PLUS, YOU may not be a filthy person living there but there ARE people living there who ARE filthy and the point IS that management DOES rent to ANYONE who CAN pay the high rent...just to get apts filled and don't really care about getting rid of THEM unless they DON'T pay the rent. MY point? the rest of US have to deal with THESE kind of people and their inconsiderate ways! Thus called "apartment living". Don't tell me they didn't have trashy people in Rochester, NY!!!

Okay mabon shouldn't live in an apt. I'm not sure if you're aware of a little law called fair housing, but an apartment community has an obligation to rent to anyone regardless of the way that they look, what religion they are, veteran status, disability, etc. If they have a criminal background, that is a different story. Unfortunately particular issues such as people throwing trash on the grounds often cannot be fixed because you don't see who throws the trash on the ground to address it with them. I am not sure if you are just miserable in life or what, but now that I think about it, you probably wouldnt be happy in a house either. Who's to say you wouldnt buy a house next door to some noisy kids who play outside? Then what are you going to do?
