The floor plan is a good size for the money you pay, especially for the South Tampa Market. I've lived here for 5 months now and have enjoyed my residence. The staff and the neighbors are friendly. I had an issue with the garbage disposal over the weekend and maintenance staff responsed right away, but were not able to complete my disposal work until monday. I've have had worse issues at other communities in the past.

It is good for the money, but how about the security gate that you pay for every month, or the security guard that just hits on the females, or the walls that are paper thin and you can knock on the wall instead of the door and not know what the difference is? just a couple questions i had.
