I dont know what all the fuss is about. I have lived here at Clipper Cove since the complex was brand new. there is a reason that I have lived here so long, because it is a great community. The staff in the office is more than helpful and as for maintenance everything is always taken care of in a very timley mannor. Sure there are a few problems here and there but where are you going to live without that happening' It's not enough of a problem to turn someone away from living here. It's not going to keep you up all night or make it so that a single mother doesnt feel safe here. I say this because I am a single mother and I feel more safe here with the security and the fact that it is a gated community than I have anywhere else in Tampa. Cable is fine, the phones are better and I do have Verizon high speed internet here at Clipper Cove. I felt compelled to write this after a friend asked me if the place that i was living was the "hood." After how great things have gone here I couldnt sit back and not put in my two cents. So there it is, just sounds to me like some residents that most likely gave the office trouble and expected the world in return. I worked in property management before and thats just what it sounds like to me.
