Happy at Clipper Cove

I'm trying to understand what are these peoples talking about.I live at Clipper Cove for 3yrs now and i don't hear or see these problems that these peoples are talking about.Now i'm not saying that Clipper Cove is the king of all the communities...It has some problem just like any other community and if that.Now i've read about the other communities around the area and it seems like they have tere hands full.So i do reconmend Clipper Cove to anyone.
