The apartment's floor plans are spacious enough. And I have had no problems with my neighbors. Most of whom as far as I can tell are all working class. However the maintenance and staff are not the most professional or competent crew that I have come into contact with. The office staff(although nice enough) are often times inept at resolving basic concerns or request. And most of your neighbors are their family members. I would agree that the parking is horrible and the little kids park is situated by a murky pool of water that is both a safety hazard and host to mosquitos! If you are looking for an inexpensive tranistionary place to live while getting aclimated to the areas, then it will do for a minute. My lease is up in May 2007 and I am looking for a better home for my family now!
