I am surprised by all the negative reviews. Here is the thing I have been living in a 3 bedroom apartment for about 7 years now, and I love it. I basically grew up here. Part of the reason is because since it is 3 bedroom my neightbors families with kids. They are very polite, don't play loud music at unusual times, the apartment is very neat and clean . (including the staircases, all painted every year)
Now my friend who lives in a 1 beroom apartment has a different story. Her apartment is filled with people who make loud noises, supposedly she has seen some guys do crack on the stairs. He also said she saw a rat in the stairs. The most I have seen is a stray cat and it is the same one everytime. I am guessing she wouldn't have faced the problem if she lived in a 3 bedoom surrounded by other families.
The playground is small but kids seem to be happy. They are always riding bikes, and skating around the afternoon. ( my little brother skates) The pool is nice and clean.
The apartment comes with a large walk in closet, atleast one of the best compared to what I have seen in other apartments. There is a washer and dryer.
There are only 3 problems I have with this apartment
1. All the kitchen counters/ cabinets are white. It is so hard to keep it clean.
2. After living here for almost 7 years our stove has stopped working they tried to fix it couple times and not working. I am still waiting for a guy to come and fix it but not getting much help. They keep saying they will be here asap. I am not being all worked up about it though, they only have 2 (maybe 3) guys I believe, and they have lots of apartments to fix up.
3. The office staff. Wow they change them a lot. Well I believe the current manager has been there for almost a year now. this is the longest one. They have switched through the 2nd person in charge already 3-4 times since last september.
If you have a family then it's great. There are two good school's nearby.
