I have been living in River Chase for 7 months now.My move in was rushed (by me) so not everything was fixed by my move in date. However, IT WAS ALL FIXED by the end of my first week there. The staff has been nothing but curtious to me whenever I have needed something or had any questions. I have needed maintenance a few times (due to my mistakes) and they have been over that same day I called to fix my problems. The area is very quiet. My particular building has families in it and the kids are very nice. Actually the kids had helped me move into my apartment and they're like 11yrs-13yrs old! I was shocked!! This place is definately NOT a loud college partying type development.Parking is fine, do not ever have a problem finding a space by my building at all the lighting could be a little better though.They are now renovating the whole complex and I think it is starting to look great!! I am really glad that I have moved into here!! I have recommended to my friends and they are moving in also!
