I've lived here for 4 years and I've seen a big change in the quality of the residents, and the way the community looks. Management either likes you (If you don't complain about something) or they make your stay here as rough as they can to get you to move. If you don't move, they "Jack UP" the rent to where you have to move. I received two rent increases the second year I was here. I complained about termites and was told there were none, even though they were swarming all over the apt. Within 2 months I had to vacate the apt for a few days so they could gas the building to kill what we didn't have. Up went my rent.
This complex was for the most part elderly people so the noise and parking wasn't much of a problem. Now, it's more younger people with 2 or more cars/motorcycles that are too loud, and parking is a big problem. We also have weeds instead of grass if it rains enough, if not, we have sand.

In my building, they painted all the wrought iron...before sanding the rust off. Now they've come back (on sat. mornings, at 8:30 am) to sand the railings. For 4 hours I nearly went insane while he worked right outside my apt. No warning, and when he left, he left behind a huge mess for me to clean up!!!! And guess what, when I complained to him, he left, but I got a letter from the office telling me I had no right to say a thing to him, because it needs to be done. The only rights tenants have here, is the right to move out.
